Our platform offers skill assessments for job seekers, verified candidate reports for employers, and integration support for labor institutions. Services are provided on a subscription or per-assessment basis as specified in your agreement with us.

Users must provide accurate information, maintain the confidentiality of their account credentials, use the platform in compliance with applicable laws, and respect the intellectual property rights of SkillStamp and other users.

SkillStamp provides its services 'as is' and makes no warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of assessments. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Either party may terminate the agreement with appropriate notice. Upon termination, your right to use the platform will cease immediately. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms.
