You'll take a technical test for each skill you want to verify, complete a work-style questionnaire, upload your documents, record a short video and have a final video call with our team. At the end, you get a verified profile and report you can share with employers.

A test for each skill you want to verify. Depending on the skill, you'll get multiple-choice, free-text or coding questions. The questions are practical, not theoretical.

Work-Style Questionnaire
Technical skills get you in the door. How you like to work matters too. This step looks at your work style: how you organise yourself, work with others and handle pressure.
You'll rate statements by how well they describe you. There are no right or wrong answers. We're looking at your natural tendencies.
How it works: The questionnaire uses items from the IPIP item pool, a public, research-based collection of personality statements. Your answers are scored by fixed rules. No AI interprets them.

If you earned your qualifications abroad, our team reviews them and presents them clearly in your profile, so employers in the DACH region can understand them. This is not an official recognition (Anerkennung) procedure, but it helps your real accomplishments get noticed.

Record a short video introducing yourself and your career. This isn't about being polished or perfect. It's about letting employers see the real you before they meet you.
We'll give you a prompt like "Tell us about your career goals" or "Describe a professional achievement you're proud of." A member of our team watches and reviews your video.

Final Interview
This is a video call with a member of our team. It's not a grilling session. Think of it as a focused conversation about your results, who you are and what drives you.
The interviewer has a set of questions to cover, but there's room for natural conversation. They look at your motivation and how you think about challenges.

After completing all steps, you get a report and a verified profile you can share with employers. It's proof of what you can do, backed by tests and human review.
What's In Your Report
The report uses clear ratings and explanations. No jargon. Employers can quickly see your profile, and you can understand exactly what it says about you.
Where You Could Grow
The report can point out areas where you could develop further, so it works as a guide for your career as well as a verification.
Portable Credential
Your verification is valid for 1 year. You can share your verified profile with employers and use it for multiple applications without retaking tests.
