Our Mission
SkillStamp is a professional hybrid-intelligence platform designed to bring transparency, trust, and efficiency to the hiring process in the DACH labour market. In a system where international professionals struggle to demonstrate their real abilities—and employers receive countless generic CVs that reveal little about true competence—SkillStamp provides a new standard for verified skills and job readiness.
Our platform combines the analytical precision of artificial intelligence with the depth of human evaluation to ensure that both technical and behavioural skills are assessed accurately and fairly. We help people express their real skills, grow with confidence, and shape meaningful career paths.
At a broader level, SkillStamp supports governments and labor institutions in Europe to better utilize the potential of skilled immigrants who remain underemployed or overlooked. Across the DACH region, unemployment among foreign professionals is up to 2–3 times higher than among locals, despite the urgent need for qualified workers. Our mission is to bridge this gap.
