Create a free account, choose the Talent role and complete your profile with your skills and experience. You can browse and apply to jobs right away. When you're ready, start the 5-step verification to get your skills checked and to be matched to employers' jobs.

Verification is free during our launch (regular price €99). It covers the full 5-step process: hard-skills test, work-style questionnaire, document review, career video and a final interview with our team. It's valid for 1 year.

You receive a SkillStamp badge, verified skill levels and a verified portfolio. You're then included in matching: when an employer's job fits your profile, you can appear on their shortlist. Your portfolio is public at your personal SkillStamp address; your email and CV never appear on it.

Yes. You can browse and apply to any open job, verified or not. Verification adds a verified badge to your application and puts you in front of employers through matching.

Your data is stored on AWS servers in Frankfurt. Employers don't see protected characteristics such as age, gender or ethnicity, and matching is based on skills and job-related factors. You can delete your account yourself in your settings at any time, or ask us for a copy of your data. Details are in our privacy policy.

Create an employer account, set up your company profile and click 'Post a Job' on your dashboard. Describe the role to the AI hiring assistant or fill in the details yourself. Posting jobs is free.

Every day, a rule-based matcher compares your active jobs with all verified talents. For the strongest candidates, AI compares each profile with your job and writes a short explanation. Our team reviews this shortlist before it's released to you. You make the hiring decision.

You see a match tier and an explanation of why the candidate fits, based on verified hard skills, work-style fit, experience, education, soft skills, languages and location or remote preference. We don't show a raw percentage, because a single number hides the reasons that matter.

Every matched talent has completed all 5 verification steps: a hard-skills test, a standardized work-style questionnaire, document review by our team, a career video and a final interview with our team. You can see the level each skill was verified at on their profile.

Yes. You can message candidates through SkillStamp and invite them to apply for a specific job. Contacting candidates is free.

Talent verification is free during our launch (regular price €99). Employers post jobs and contact candidates for free. The only fee is a success fee of 20% of the candidate's annual salary, due only when you hire someone you found through SkillStamp. Details are set out in the contract.

Only when you hire a candidate you found through SkillStamp. The fee is 20% of the candidate's annual salary. We agree the exact terms with you in writing before a hire.

(1) Hard-skills test: an AI-assisted technical test with multiple-choice, free-text and, for technical skills, coding questions. (2) Work-style questionnaire: a standardized personality and work-style questionnaire based on the IPIP item pool, scored by fixed rules without AI. (3) Document review: our team checks your certificates and credentials. (4) Career video: a short video about your career journey. (5) Final interview: a video call with our team.

It depends on how quickly you complete the steps and on scheduling the final interview. Hard-skills tests are taken one skill at a time, and questions are shown one by one with a time limit.

The hard-skills test uses multiple-choice questions, free-text questions that test depth of understanding, and coding tasks for programming skills. The work-style questionnaire asks you to rate statements by how well they describe you; there are no right or wrong answers.

Everyone takes the same test for a skill, with questions at three levels: Foundation, Practitioner and Advanced. Your level is the highest one you pass, provided you also pass every level below it. If you do not pass Foundation, the skill stays self-reported. Expert means you pass Advanced with a near-perfect result (at least 90%). The years of experience you enter are not part of it.

We use time limits per question, checks for answers that look generated, monitoring of suspicious behaviour such as switching tabs, and varied question selection. The final interview with our team is an additional human check.
